Privacy notice

Last updated 8 August 2026

This notice explains what personal information Perdura collects, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Who we are

Perdura is a health coaching service founded by Jaz Sandhu, operating as [SOLE TRADER / LIMITED COMPANY — COMPANY NAME AND NUMBER IF REGISTERED].

For data protection purposes, Perdura is the data controller for the information described in this notice. That means we decide what is collected and how it is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.

What we collect

If you join the mailing list

We collect the email address you type into the form, along with the date and time you submitted it and the page you submitted it from. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, and the form cannot see anything about your health.

If you book a discovery call

Bookings are handled by Calendly, not by this website. When you book, Calendly collects the information shown on its own booking form — typically your name, email address and chosen time — and passes it to us. Calendly's handling of your data is governed by Calendly's privacy notice.

If you email us

We keep the correspondence, along with your email address and whatever you choose to tell us in it.

When you simply visit the site

Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request — IP address, browser type, which page was requested and when. This is ordinary server logging, used to keep the site running and secure.

If you join the programme

The twelve-week programme involves health information, which is a special category of personal data under UK data protection law and is treated with correspondingly greater care. That collection is covered by the separate agreement and privacy terms you will be given before the programme starts, not by this website notice.

This website never asks for health information. Please do not send medical details, medication information or clinical history through the mailing list form or in an initial email. If you need to share something like that, we will tell you how to do it securely.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • Mailing list — to send you occasional updates about the programme. Lawful basis: consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
  • Discovery calls — to arrange and hold the conversation you asked for. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
  • Email correspondence — to answer you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, namely responding to people who contact us.
  • Server logs — to keep the site available, working and secure. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party script running on these pages. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than loaded from an external provider, so no third party is told that you visited.

That is why you were not shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

If you follow a link away from this site — to Calendly, for example — the site you land on will have its own cookies and its own privacy notice.

Who else can see your information

We use a small number of service providers, who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

  • Netlify — hosts the website and records server logs.
  • Google — mailing list submissions are stored in Google Sheets, and our email runs on Google Workspace.
  • Calendly — handles discovery call bookings.

Beyond these, we share your information only where we are legally required to.

Where your information is held

These providers are based in the United States and may store or process your information there or in other countries. Where information leaves the UK, transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers have in place — such as the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.

How long we keep it

  • Mailing list — until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, and then we delete your address.
  • Discovery call bookings — up to [12 / 24] months after the call, unless you go on to join the programme.
  • Email correspondence — up to [24] months, unless there is a reason to keep it longer.
  • Server logs — retained by our host for a short period, typically weeks rather than months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
  • have inaccurate information corrected
  • have your information deleted
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • receive your information in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where consent is what we relied on

To exercise any of these, email jaz@perdura.health. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.

To leave the mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or just email us and ask.

Keeping it secure

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The accounts holding your information are protected by strong authentication and are accessible only to Jaz Sandhu. We keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small, which is the most reliable protection there is.

If you are unhappy

Please tell us first — email jaz@perdura.health and we will try to put it right.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to come to us first.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting people on the mailing list will be sent by email.
